2024 Boston Red Sox Sports Turf Internship
The Boston Red Sox are searching for highly motivated, enthusiastic, focused individuals who are enrolled in a 2 or 4 year turf/horticultural program to join our team as grounds crew interns. The aura of working sold out games at historic Fenway Park with the support of Red Sox Nation is electrifying.
This is a paid hourly internship with time and a half pay for hours worked beyond 40 hours each week. You will be active in all aspects of sports turf management. You will be involved with not only Red Sox games, but many extra events that the field is utilized for. Past events have included:
Interns must be willing to work long hours, including weekends and holidays. Applicants must be able to lift 50 lbs. Start and finish dates will be flexible based on availability.
