The Boston Red Sox are searching for highly motivated, enthusiastic, focused individuals who are enrolled in a 2 or 4 year turf/horticultural program. Here is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working as an intern on the Boston Red Sox Grounds Crew.
This is a paid hourly internship ($19.25/hr) with time and a half pay for hours worked beyond 40 hours each week. You will be active in all aspects of sports turf management. You will be involved with not only Red Sox games, but also many extra events that the field is utilized for. Past events have included:
This hands-on experience will be a helpful tool in building your future career in turf.
Individuals must be willing to work long hours, including weekends and holidays. Applicants must be able to lift 50 lbs. Start and finish dates will be flexible based on availability.
