- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting in maintaining the playing field to professional standards, including mowing, fertilizing, and irrigation.
- Participating in field preparations for games and events.
- Learning and applying best practices for field repair.
- Operating groundskeeping machinery and equipment safely.
- Supporting the Groundskeeping team with special projects and improvements.
