The City of Peoria Parks and Recreation Department has an excellent opportunity for a Community Facilities Maintenance Supervisor position. The purpose of this position is to supervise and provide direction to maintenance technicians servicing building components and equipment at several Parks and Recreation Facilities, to include the Peoria Sports Complex and Community Pools, while also providing direct support for the Department’s Facilities Services division.

Ideal Candidate
In addition to being a results-oriented people person, the ideal candidate will:

• Have experience overseeing several full-time staff.
• Have a working understanding of common techniques, methods, practices, procedures, use of forms, routines, etc., of an intermediate nature.
• Experience in a municipal or government setting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Associate Degree or Equivalent;
• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of related experience;
• Licenses/Certifications/Special Requirements: Valid AZ Driver’s License upon hire.
