MSC is looking for another sports field career-minded team member. Join the fun as we work on some of the premier natural and synthetic sports fields, major league through K-12 level, in the Twin Cities and the Midwest. This is a full-time, seasonal position where, depending on qualifications, candidates can expect wages of between $26.88 and $28.29hr., plus union benefits of an additional $17.68. There is also a company bonus program in addition to the competitive wages.

Here is what we are looking for:

• Experience operating field grading equipment.
• Strong tractor and skid steer operating ability.
• Knowledge and experience in sports field management including, but not limited to, infield grading and renovation, awareness of field traffic patterns, aerification and topdressing, and proper grass edge maintenance.
• Desire and pride to have a positive impact on athletic fields around the state.
• Possession of a state of Minnesota pesticide applicator license or the ability to obtain one in 30 days.
• Experience with various 3-point attachments.
• Able to take direction and work independently as needed.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and crew members.
• CDL license, Class A required, or a plan to acquire by your start date.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. And work outside in all types of weather conditions.
