TITLE: Groundskeeper
DEPARTMENT: Training Facilities
REPORTS TO: Director of Turf & Grounds
FLSA: Full-time, hourly: non-exempt
WHAT SETS YOU APART
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Groundskeeper to join our team at the Orlando Health Training Ground at Osceola Heritage Park. You will assist in the maintenance of three natural grass fields including identifying and addressing turf grass diseases, weeds, and pests in collaboration with the Director of Turf & Grounds. Additionally, the Groundskeeper role involves assisting with Orlando City B game coverage, fostering strong relationships with MLS coaches and soccer operations staff.
