This is a 80/20 position. 80 percent of your time will be maintaining a new state of the art soccer complex. 5 fields will be USGA sand base fields, 2 current fields will be renovated as well. Current plan is either sand cap or artificial. All new Toro equipment has been ordered and the budget and operations are based on an MLS training facility. Most of the play will be during the weekends with some local play during the week. Local play will be restricted to one field a night.
The other 20 percent will help the parks manager design new parks and manage a renovation schedule for older fields. Also some time will spent training current staff on field maintenance.
