SIS Grass Hybrid Territory Manager – West

Location: Home-based with extensive travelling and working away from home, occasionally overseas.

The early stages of this role will have a focus on SIS Grass Hybrid, a specialized in the installation of hybrid grass, an innovative combination of turf and natural grass which offers sports clubs more playing hours and faster pitch recovery. They are part of SIS Pitches, the market leader in design, manufacturing, construction, installation, and maintenance of sports pitches for some of the world’s biggest names in sport, headquarters in the UK. The company is a FIFA Licensee, World Rugby Preferred Turf Producer and certified FIH manufacturer, making their hybrid grass suitable for even the most famous football, rugby, hockey, or cricket fields.

Job Description:
Main Objectives of Role:

  • To create and implement a strategic sales plan that aligns with company goals and objectives, to enable you to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and build business and customer relationships throughout the Western states of the USA.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse results, and create reports to Directors on a regular basis.
  • To perform regular market research in order to stay ahead of the competition. This involves gathering data on the industry, identifying new trends and monitoring the competition.
  • To communicate effectively with the Global Sales Director ensuring that plans are understood and effectively implemented.

Required Competencies:

  • Leadership and management skills: You must be able to effectively manage a team of sales representatives and other employees within the location.
  • Sales and marketing skills: You must have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and be able to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: You must be able to analyse sales data and identify trends, as well as find solutions to complex problems.
  • Communication skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with clients, sales representatives, and other key stakeholders.
  • Time management skills: You must be able to plan and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure that deadlines are met.
