Performs advanced professional and administrative work planning and supervising the installation, maintenance, repair and/or construction of parks, park facilities and all other town grounds;
Work is performed with limited supervision of the Grounds Maintenance Supervisor.
Oversees work crews to include full and part-time park maintenance technicians, temporary workers, volunteers, and contractors; performs related work as required.
