The University of Colorado Boulder Athletics department encourages applications for an Assistant Director of Athletic Operations and Events!
This position will provide a high level of professional assistance and management to the Assistant AD of Stadium Operations for events in Folsom Field, and other Athletic Facilities. The Assistant Director will be a primary contact for the athletic facility scheduling excluding the East Stadium Club Level, Touchdown Club, Rooftop Lounge, CU Events Center and Kittredge Field. This position will also be responsible to execute event management, operations and staffing to provide superior events to all external and internal customers. Evenings and weekend work hours required.
This position is responsible with assisting in the daily supervision and maintenance of the athletic facilities including event preparation, event management, and strike/cleanup of events. Duties include assisting with the planning and management of various projects, procurement and contract management, facility maintenance, health and safety, communication and management of student work force.
This position is responsible for promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program. This shall include adhering to the principles of the Athletic Department’s Mission Statement, Diversity and Inclusion Mission Statement, Core Values, Policies and Procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the University, the Conference and the NCAA.
