2026 Conference Registration Rates

Check Back Mid-Summer for the 2026 Conference Rates! Below are the rates from our 2025 conference. 

Full Conference Registration (Member rate $500) includes admission to all Education Sessions, Welcome Reception, Awards Banquet, Trade Show and all meals provided during the conference.

 

Additional Registration options:
– Student Member, Full Conference – Participating in Student Challenge – Complimentary Registration
– Student Member, Full Conference – NOT Participating in Student Challenge – $225.00
– Student Non-Member, Full Conference – $350.00
– One Day Package(s) – $285 per day (you may select up to 2 one day packages)
– Trade Show Only – $75 (includes Wednesday AND Thursday)
– Extra Exhibitor Personnel Badges are $50 each (2 comp. badges per 100 SQFT of booth space)

Sun., Jan. 12    6:30 pm – 9 pm
Mon., Jan. 13   6:30 am – 5 pm
Tues., Jan. 14   7 am – 5 pm
Wed., Jan. 15   7 am – 5 pm
Thurs., Jan. 16  7 am – 12 pm

2025 Exhibition Hours

Wed., Jan. 15    1:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Thurs., Jan. 16   10 am – 1 pm
