The Sports Field Team Lead is responsible for managing their team members as a crew and at times working effectively alone, ensuring the successful execution of athletic field projects. The Team Lead manages time and material record keeping and ensures the products, equipment, and people when needed to complete the project on time, on budget, and at the MSC standards.
