Position Overview:
Just Courts Construction is seeking a skilled and dedicated Pickleball Court Surfacing Foreman to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage the construction and surfacing of pickleball courts across various projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of expanding pickleball court access and promoting the sport’s growth. As a Pickleball Court Surfacing Foreman, you will oversee and perform installation projects, along with sports surface repairs to courts both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the surfacing team on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee the preparation, surfacing, and finishing of pickleball courts, adhering to specific design and quality specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
• Conduct quality control checks and provide technical guidance to ensure excellence in court surfacing.
• Manage materials, equipment, and resources efficiently, minimizing waste and optimizing productivity.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a foreman or lead role in court construction, surfacing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of pickleball/tennis court construction, and surfacing standards, is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel and work alongside the PPA Tour and MLP events, as well as various client locations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a drug test. Position HQ – Dallas, TX.
