Oversee 160 acre campus with mature landscaping and multiple athletic fields requiring high level field painting for all sports such as football, baseball, softball, soccer, track and field, youth leagues, etc.
Manage small enhancement projects.
Oversee irrigation and spray technicians.
Experience with management required.
Previous experience in Athletic maintenance, landscape maintenance, or groundskeeping required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
