Chamber Classic Soccer Alliance
Job Purpose:
- Maintain the grounds at Richland Soccer Complex, which consists of 10 acres of common areas, 10 full size soccer fields and 8 youth soccer fields.
Job Duties:
- Manage 2-4 employees
- Work to keep Richland Soccer complex tidy, organized and safe.
- Prepare fields for any and all clinics, trainings and league play.
- Schedules, maintains and fixes irrigation system.
- Waters all plants, flowers and grass on property by hand, sprinkler or other methods as needed.
- Mows and trims all lawn areas.
- Planting, sodding, seeding and other gardening jobs as needed.
- Keeps all equipment clean, maintained and stored properly.
- Operates a variety of maintenance equipment, mowers, verticutters, aerifiers, tractors, and string trimmers.
- Performs skilled tasks related to irrigation system repairs and maintenance as well as field maintenance.
- Mixes and applies fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and insecticides as needed.
- Shall perform other duties as needed.

- Ability to work with and lead a team to accomplish common goals.
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in quality of work.
- Ability to meet productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner.
- Ability to consistently be at work on time, respond and follow directions from management, commit to long hours when necessary to reach goals and complete tasks.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in various positions, including but not limited to stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently throughout the day.
- Ability to work in various degrees of outdoor weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat, cold, or rain.
- Ability to problem solve when presented with a challenge.
