Introducing the F.I.E.L.D Forum: Empowering Diversity in Sports Field Industry

SFMA is thrilled to announce an exciting change in our annual conference program! Say hello to the F.I.E.L.D Forum – Fostering Inclusion, Equity, Leadership, and Diversity in the Sports Field Industry.

In our commitment to inclusivity and embracing change, we’re evolving from the “Women’s Forum and Luncheon” to the F.I.E.L.D Forum. This shift reflects our dedication to providing an equal platform for all individuals, regardless of gender, race, or background, in our industry.

Join us in celebrating this transformation with our inspiring speaker, Brandon Bell, M. Ed, Lead for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Syngenta. Brandon’s insights will empower and inspire us as we work towards a stronger, more united sports field community.

The F.I.E.L.D Forum is more than just a name change; in accordance with our strategic plan, it represents our renewed commitment to fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and growth. SFMA aims to create an environment where diverse perspectives are valued, aspiring leaders thrive, and talent is nurtured.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported and participated in our Women’s Forum and Luncheon over the years. Your dedication has been instrumental in driving positive change within our organization and the industry as a whole. We especially want to thank Hunter Industries who has supported the Women’s Forum for many years and will continue to support the F.I.E.L.D. Forum.

Plan to join us at the inaugural F.I.E.L.D Forum on Tuesday, January 23rd at the SFMA Annual Conference in Exhibition in Daytona Beach, registration for this event will be done at the same time as conference registration beginning in the fall.

Champion change with us, and let’s pave the way for a brighter future together. See you at the F.I.E.L.D Forum!
