The Oklahoma City Dodgers have entered into a partnership with local field construction and maintenance company United Turf and Track to ensure Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark remains one of the country’s premier destinations for minor league, college and high school baseball.
“Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark is one of Oklahoma City’s most beloved landmarks,” said United Turf and Track COO/CFO Michael Grady. “As the official maintenance provider for the Oklahoma City Dodgers, United Turf and Track is proud to ensure the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark playing surface maximizes athletic performance and creates an electric fan experience while helping athletes find their footing as they pursue their dreams of playing at the next level.”
Under the partnership, United Turf and Track will execute field renovation projects, perform laser leveling of the infield clay, and provide maintenance services on grass and clay surfaces requiring special equipment.

Construction on the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark began in 1995 following voter approval of the original Metropolitan Area Projects Plan (MAPS) in 1993. The $34 million ballpark opened in 1998, becoming the first major MAPS structure to be completed, helping spark revitalization in Bricktown.
Today, Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark is home to the Oklahoma City Dodgers, the Triple-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers Major League Baseball team. The stadium also hosted the Big 12 Conference baseball tournament 20 times from 2008 to 2021.
In addition to OKC Dodgers baseball games, Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark hosts numerous other events throughout the year. Those events include the Oklahoma High School Baseball Series in March, OSSAA Baseball State Championship Games in May, WinterfFest and snow tubing from November to January, and a variety of community walks and runs, concerts, parties, corporate outings, meetings, seminars and more.
Currently, Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark seats up to 13,066 spectators, with a seating capacity of 9,000 for Dodgers games.
Since opening in 1998, Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark has been the home field for Triple-A affiliates of the Texas Rangers (1998–2010), Houston Astros (2011-2014), and Los Angeles Dodgers.
Several major league stars have called Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark home during their minor league careers and rehab assignments. This list of players includes Clayton Kershaw, Nelson Cruz, Juan González, Ruben Sierra, Ian Kinsler, Carlos Peña, Adrián González, Max Muncy, R.A. Dickey, Dallas Keuchel, Travis Hafner, Mitch Moreland, Chris Davis, George Springer, and Corey Seager.
