The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will be hosting a five-hour continuing education unit program for landscape professionals on Dec. 7 in Fredericksburg.
The program will be held from 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at the AgriLife Extension office in Gillespie County, 38 Business Court. Registration is $75, and participants can pre-register by calling the AgriLife Extension office in Gillespie County at 830-997-3452. The deadline to register is Dec. 4.
A total of five Texas Department of Agriculture continuing education units will be available — two general, one laws and regulations, one integrated pest management and one drift.
Donuts, coffee and a fried catfish lunch will be included in the registration fee. For more information, contact the AgriLife Extension office in Gillespie County or Beth McMahon, AgriLife Extension horticulture agent in Gillespie County, at 830-997-3452.
The program is geared toward participants with TDA commercial, private or non-commercial pesticide licenses who need continuing education units.
